We collect your name, email, phone, license number, brokerage name, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number). Uploaded files are processed in memory and not retained after your session. We use Google Cloud Run and Gemini AI to power the service. We do not sell personal data, use your listings to train AI models, or serve advertising. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data.
