About ProofDoggy
What is ProofDoggy?
ProofDoggy is an AI-powered compliance and proofing assistant built for real estate marketing. Upload a flyer, listing sheet, postcard, social graphic, or text, and ProofDoggy reviews it for Fair Housing risks, license and brokerage disclosure issues, grammar and copy problems, design quality, and potential copyright concerns — so you can catch issues before they bite.
Is ProofDoggy a substitute for legal or compliance advice?
No. ProofDoggy is a helpful guardrail, not a lawyer or a compliance officer. A clean result does not guarantee compliance, and a flag does not necessarily mean a violation. Real estate laws vary by state and change over time. Always use your own professional judgment and consult your broker or attorney for anything important.
What file types can I upload?
You can upload images (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC), PDF documents, and Word files (.doc, .docx). You can also paste text directly into the workspace instead of uploading a file. Maximum file size is 20MB.
Account & Access
How do I log in and open the app?
Click Launch in the site menu, or the launch button on your welcome page. If you are not already signed in, you will be asked to log in with the email and password you created at signup, and then sent straight into your workspace.
How many audits do I get on the free plan?
The free Starter plan includes a set number of audits each month. When you reach the limit, you will see an upgrade prompt in the app. Your free audits reset at the start of each month. For unlimited audits, see our pricing page.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login page, click the “Lost your password?” link and follow the email instructions to reset it. If you have any trouble, email support@proofdoggy.com.
Billing, Upgrades & Cancellation
How do I upgrade to a paid plan?
There are two easy ways:
1. From the pricing page: Visit our pricing page, choose the plan you want, and complete checkout.
2. From your account: Go to My Account, find your subscription, click the Actions menu (the three dots, ⋯), and select Change Plan. Pick your new plan and confirm.
Your access updates right away, and any price difference is pro-rated automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to My Account, find your active subscription, click the Actions menu (the three dots, ⋯), and choose Cancel. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period. (The free Starter plan has no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel — you can simply stop using it or upgrade anytime.)
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
Yes. From the same Actions menu in My Account, you can pause and later resume your subscription — handy if you only need ProofDoggy during busy listing seasons.
Where can I see my invoices and payment history?
Log in and go to My Account. Your payments, subscriptions, and billing details are all available there.

What happens to the files I upload?

Do you sell my data?

Is the AI’s analysis always correct?
AI is powerful but not perfect. ProofDoggy can miss things or occasionally flag something that is fine. Treat it as a smart second set of eyes that helps you catch problems faster — not as the final word. Your professional review still matters.
