ProofDoggy is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. It is an automated risk-screening and marketing-assistance tool. Nothing it produces constitutes legal advice, a legal opinion, or a guarantee that your content complies with any law, regulation, or rule.

A clean ProofDoggy result does not mean your material is legally compliant, and a flagged item does not necessarily mean a violation. Always treat its output as a helpful starting point for your own review — not a final verdict.

What ProofDoggy Does

ProofDoggy reviews the documents, images, and text you upload and flags potential issues so you can address them before publishing, including:

What ProofDoggy Does Not Do

ProofDoggy does not, and cannot:

  • Catch every issue, or guarantee that every item it flags is an actual problem;
  • Replace review by your supervising broker, a licensed attorney, or your state’s real estate commission;
  • Provide a legal clearance for copyright, trademark, or image use.

AI Has Limitations

ProofDoggy is powered by third-party artificial-intelligence technology, including Google Gemini. AI-generated analysis is automated and may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or inconsistent. It may miss real issues and may flag items that are not actually problems. Generated marketing copy may also require editing and fact-checking before use.

Laws Vary and Change

Fair Housing, advertising, and licensing requirements differ by federal, state, and local jurisdiction, and by your MLS, board, or brokerage — and they change over time. ProofDoggy applies general guidance and cannot account for every rule that may apply to your specific situation, location, or transaction. When in doubt, defer to your broker and local authority.
